What types of shingles do you install?

We primarily install Atlas® Pinnacle Pristine and StormMaster Shake — architectural shingles with 130 mph wind ratings and lifetime limited warranties. Other major brands available on request.

Do I need a permit for a new roof?

Yes — Fairfield County and most municipalities require a roofing permit. We pull all permits as part of our service.

How much does a new roof cost?

Cost depends on the roof's size and pitch, the shingles you choose, whether decking needs work, and the install complexity. We give honest, free written estimates after a full inspection.
